- Plan
- Every plan, Hobby (free) included
- AI credits
- Making the board is free. Building scenes is billed like an agent run (5 credits for a scene’s first step, 3 per later step), plus any generated media.
- Good to know
- Building on our servers needs Creator or Studio; Hobby builds in the browser. Director Mode is Studio only.
What it does
A storyboard in Vidmoat is part of the project. Give it a script, where each paragraph becomes a scene, or a list of scenes, and you get cards with a title, a script line and a target length. Build board then edits each scene on the timeline and checks it against its card.
Director Mode, on Studio, comes before the board: it proposes different creative directions for the piece, and Use this direction turns the one you pick into the storyboard.
A board holds up to 40 scenes. Building scenes uses the editing agent, so it is priced like any agent run, plus any media it generates.
How to use it
- Open a project and ask the agent for a storyboard, or paste a script.
- Review the scene cards in the Storyboard view and adjust them.
- Press Build board. Each scene is edited and checked against its card.
Who it is for
- Creators planning a multi-scene explainer or ad
- Agencies that sign off a board before the edit
- Anyone turning a written script into a video
