Lifetime plan terms

The founder offer: one payment, capped at 100 buyers across both tiers. Creator Lifetime $299 · Studio Lifetime $699.

Written to be read. If anything below is unclear, ask before you buy: fred@vidmoat.com.

1What “lifetime” means

The lifetime of the product, not of a person. Your access lasts as long as Vidmoat operates this service. We are a small company and we will not promise you something we cannot control: if Vidmoat ever shuts down, is acquired, or discontinues the plan, the access ends with it. Nobody selling a lifetime deal can honestly promise otherwise, and most of them do. What we do promise: if we discontinue the plan within 12 months of your purchase, we refund the price you paid times the months remaining of those 12, divided by 12. The Refund Policy at vidmoat.com/refunds sets out how that is counted.

2No monthly AI credits

This is the one real difference from a subscription, and it is the reason the price works. Subscribers get a monthly AI allowance; you do not. You get a one-time grant when you buy, keep the free plan’s small monthly allowance like every account, and buy credit packs when you want more. Everything that does not call a model (editing, exports, effects, storage, captions from your own device) is unmetered.

3One person, one account

Non-transferable and not for resale. It stays with the account that bought it and cannot be sold, gifted or moved to another email.

4Fair use

Unlimited projects and exports mean what they say for one person working normally. They are not a licence to resell rendering capacity or run an automated farm through one account. If usage stops looking like a person editing videos we will talk to you before we do anything.

5Creator Studio is separate

The $9.99/mo Creator Studio subscription (scheduling, autoposting, analytics) is its own product and is not included. It stays a subscription for lifetime holders as it is for everyone.

6Refunds

Refundable within 14 days of purchase only if unused: you have not exported anything and have not spent any of the starting credits. Once used, it is not refundable. This applies to purchases from 1 October 2026; if you bought before then, you keep the term you bought under (14 days, provided you have not exported more than five videos). Where your local law gives you a right to cancel or a refund, we honour it. Ask at fred@vidmoat.com. The full rules are in the Refund Policy at vidmoat.com/refunds.

7The cap is real

One hundred, counted across both tiers, and the counter on the page is the live number of completed purchases. When it reaches zero the offer closes and the checkout refuses. It is not a banner that resets next week.

These terms sit alongside the standard Terms of Service, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy; where they say something more specific about the lifetime offer, these apply.
