Generation lives in the AI Generate tab of the left panel in the editor. Every generator has a plan gate and a credit price.
AI voiceover, text to speech
Creator and up. 15 credits per generation, and the input is capped at 1,000 characters. Split a long script into several reads.
AI stickers
Creator and up. 20 credits each. It produces a transparent sticker saved into your media library.
AI images
Studio only. 60 credits per image.
AI video
Studio only, and genuinely expensive because it costs us real money per second. It is billed per second of output, not per clip: 80 credits a second on the default model, with a maximum of 15 seconds per generation. So a 5 second clip is 400 credits and a 15 second clip is 1,200. Studio's 6,000 credits a month is about 75 seconds of generated video if you spend the whole allowance on it.
Some models cost more per second than others, which is why the price is quoted per model rather than as one rate.
Video understanding
Creator and up. On upload, a vision model watches your video and builds a timestamped description the agent can read. It is charged by length at 6 credits per minute, rounded up.
If a generator is greyed out or refuses
The message names the plan it needs. Free Hobby has none of these, Creator has voiceover and stickers, and Studio has all of them. Stock media search refuses separately with Stock media search is a Creator/Studio feature.
Credits you spend generating are not refunded
If an agent run generates media and then the edit around it fails, the generation stays charged. The file exists and is on your timeline. This is the one part of the value guarantee that deliberately does not apply.
If a generation fails outright
A provider error after we have charged you is a bug on our side, not a policy. Tell us with the support form and we will put the credits back.
