Every limit names itself when you hit it. Here is each one and what clears it.
Project limit reached (3). Upgrade to create more.
The free plan keeps 3 projects. Deleting one you have finished with frees a slot immediately. Creator and above are unlimited. Projects that live inside a team do not count against your personal allowance, so contributing to shared work never eats your own quota.
Monthly export limit reached (8). Upgrade for unlimited exports.
The free plan gets 8 exports in a rolling 30 day window from your last reset, not a calendar month. The count increases when a render is queued, so a render that later fails still used one. Creator and above are unlimited.
You have reached the maximum number of concurrent renders
Hobby runs 1 render at a time, Creator 3, Studio 5, Enterprise 10. Wait for one to finish, or upgrade.
File too large for your plan (max N MB)
Per-file upload caps are 200 MB on Hobby, 2 GB on Creator and 8 GB on Studio. Either shorten or re-encode the file, or use the desktop app, where local files stream from disk and this cap does not apply to them.
Cloud storage is full
Your total library, not one file. 500 MB on Hobby, 5 GB on Creator, 15 GB on Studio. This has its own article, because deleting safely is not obvious.
Pro feature banners
Effects, filters and transitions outside the free set show a gold PRO badge and a banner reading that the item is a Pro feature. Clicking one does not apply it. Creator and Studio unlock all of them.
Out of AI credits
Covered in the credits article.
If the limit looks wrong
If you are on a paid plan and being told you are on the free one, something has gone wrong on our side, most often a payment that has not finished syncing. Use the link on the banner, which carries your plan and billing state so we can check without a back-and-forth. Nothing is deleted while that is being sorted out.
